1. Showering at night will help in lowering blood pressure, relieving you from all the day's stress.
2. Since mosquitoes are always attracted by heat emitting from our body, taking night shower can help reduce body temperature thereby decreasing mosquito, bed bug or other insects bite.
3. It helps cleanse your body and facial oil that can cause pimples.
